When you submit the Start a Project form, we collect your name and email address (required), your message, the type of opportunity you select, and any optional details you choose to add: organisation, phone number, timeline or date, and city or venue.

If you contact us directly by phone, email, Instagram or LinkedIn, we receive whatever information you include in that communication.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website. Our hosting provider may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver and secure the site.

The site stores a small temporary setting in your browser session to remember navigation to the homepage. Team members who sign in to the admin area use a secure login session stored in their browser.

We use enquiry details only to read and respond to your enquiry, discuss potential projects, collaborations, workshops, events or productions, and keep an internal record of follow-ups. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Enquiries are stored securely on our cloud infrastructure and are visible only to authorised Indie Productions team members through a protected admin panel. We may use trusted service providers (such as hosting, database and font delivery services) who process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. Our site links to external websites including Instagram, LinkedIn and StimulusCo; their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and manage our working relationship, or as required by law. We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect data, though no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared, or withdraw consent to further contact, in line with applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
